Virtual Process Groups for High-Functioning Adults

Discover the transformative power of Virtual Process Groups — a confidential, professionally facilitated online space where individuals explore patterns, relationships, and emotional life within a small group. Led by Dr. Nadia Thalji, an experienced licensed clinical psychologist with a culturally sensitive, psychodynamic and Jungian-informed approach, these groups blend psychoanalytic depth with evidence-based and mindfulness practices to support sustained personal growth.

Why choose a Virtual Process Group?

  • Connection and containment: Experience the therapeutic benefits of being seen and witnessed by others in a safe, structured online setting. Group members provide real-world feedback and relational learning that individual therapy alone cannot.

  • Depth and insight: Sessions focus on real-time interpersonal process — how you relate, react, and feel with others — which reveals unconscious patterns and supports lasting change.

  • Cultural sensitivity: Dr. Thalji brings cross-cultural competence to group facilitation, honoring diverse identities, migration histories, and differing cultural norms about emotion and relationship.

  • Accessibility and convenience: Participate from your home or any private, secure space. Groups are designed to accommodate international participants across time zones.

  • Evidence-based structure: Groups integrate psychodynamic and Jungian analytic perspectives with mindfulness and contemporary evidence-based techniques for anxiety, depression, and relationship concerns.
